It all started in 2018 when I started offering Russian online classes to a global audience. From a modest beginning of 10 students, my reach expanded to 50 and eventually soared beyond 200!
Along the way, I’ve had the pleasure of working with an incredibly diverse range of individuals, including moms, creators, musicians, scientists, politicians, writers, doctors, professors, soldiers, dancers, and many others!
From employees of major corporations like Amazon and P&G to staff members of renowned universities such as Berkeley, and beyond!
I’ve collaborated with language app and website developers, offered consultation to commercial ventures, coached individuals in Russian for high-stakes job interviews, composed critical emails for university communications, and guided students through important exam preparations.
Teaching is my true passion and since my life is closely connected to creativity and art I always try to make boring and monotonous things more interesting. I prefer creative approach.
I truly believe in communication and I think language is one of those keys that helps us to build strong bridges between people, cultures, nationalities.
Being a native speaker gives me an opportunity to share all the details of the language, that sometimes you cannot even find online, or in your textbook.
I always look at learning process through my musician perspective. You’ll be surprised how music and language are connected and sometimes they even have the same structure!
Being a professional musician for more than 20 years I can dive into pronunciation aspect and explain how some sounds work. Especially difficult Russian sounds.
I’m a structure maniac! For ones who’ve been studying Russian and still don’t know how this complex grammar works I have a message:
“Russian grammar is a mess if you don’t have a clear vision of connections between all the aspects. I want you to breath easily when you hear words «Cases, genitive, perfective, reflexive» and finally enjoy using Russian in your life!”
